Finished smooth with end-grain birdseye densely covering both sides of the thick and muscular bowl, this stout and bent yachtsman Holger Danske estate pipe from German maker, Design Berlin holds a thick tenon to take 9mm filters. Marvelously thick in the walls, this wide chamber smoker will likely stay cool in hand at any reasonable puffing pace. There is some darkening at the wide inner rim, but this conical chambered smoker is in outstanding condition with a draft hole dead-center at the very bottom for a maintenance free smoker that will easily turn every last bit of leaf into dry, sweet smoke. Highly recommended for burley based aromatic and any flavor topped tobaccos.
