All Danish and featuring a couple of subtle details worth mentioning, this Bari Senior estate pipe has a sandblast finish in a dark burgundy of classic production. The round shank is slightly tapered with a flat portion for sitting and the tall unorthodox rhodesian bowl has a small, concave panel on each side of the bowl like dimples that capture the thumb and forefinger when being held. Note the pinched saddle stem that finishes the curve from the bend in the shank, appearing like a flare in profile, but drastically pinched from top and bottom. In excellent condition, this large bowled and deep chambered smoker from Denmark is drilled like a cylinder on top and cones to a draft at the very bottom, recommended for any favorite blend worthy of a couple hours to savor at a time.
