Wilner's Exceptional Barrel Poker Sitter Estate Pipe
Item # EE255087$125.00
Details
Likely made by H. Willmer & Son in England by breakaway carvers from Charatan, this hand carved smoker was commissioned by Michael Wilner's Brookline News, a highly celebrated smoke shop just outside of Boston, MA. Thick walls and a wide chamber make up the large bowl, and while it does sit, without any tobacco it will rest on the stem's button when placed on a flat surface. Likely too heavy to keep clenched throughout the smoke, this English poker is well grained with a number of minor handling marks and some inner rim darkening. The draw is excellent, both open and smooth to support such a large capacity smoker.
