Finished mostly smooth with a partial rustication that has also been polished, this Brebbia Special estate pipe from Italy does have a good dose of that old-world and weathered look without distracting from the dense cross-grain across the stummel. Fitted with a shank extension of ferruled acrylic, this fancy stemmed smoker has a lot of room in the chamber perfect for a complex English or Balkan blend. There is some darkening across the rim and this thick walled smoker does have a dark spot on the front of the bowl, though the wall is is plenty thick behind it. Otherwise in outstanding condition, this acrylic stemmed bent will never suffer from oxidation.
