Deeply chambered, finished smooth, and particularly wide through the long, oval shank, this Georg Jensen estate pipe from Denmark was meant to quickly disperse heat through the draft resulting in a cool smoke no matter what kind of tobacco is used. The thick walled bowl provides a good bit of insulation around a slightly tapered chamber well suited for broader cuts and tongue friendly favorites. There is some inner darkening along the rounded rim and this large capacity Danish smoker does have a few tiny flaws in the finish but this hefty and palm friendly companion is in outstanding condition.
