This American handmade from Dave Neeb has a thick wall, muscular shank, and best of all a late bend and thick tapered stem providing the essential sense of flow in all well-shaped bent briars. The sandblast finish revealed a consistent and cascading arrangement of growth rings across the entire stummel and the wide chamber has plenty of room for any complex or large cut tobacco blend. Light and bent enough to be a comfortable clencher, this author may not help you compose prose, but it'll be a fine smoker to enjoy while trying.
