Hardcore fans of the Stanwell catalog will recognize this Danish Sovereign estate pipe as Sixten Ivarsson's famous shape 32. Made in the original Danish factory before operations moved to Italy, this pleasantly wide and flat bottomed, bent dublin was originally stamped that way, but according to their SOP for the sub-brand they added a digit when the final shape revealed a thumbprint pattern in the bowl's grain. Although there is some minor inner rim darkening along the bevel into the wide and deep chamber, this Danish smoker is in excellent condition including the stamped and painted three "XXX" logo on the stem.
