Deeply blasted with a dark Thorneycroft finish, this tapered and bent bulldog estate pipe from BBB has plenty of growth rings on display around the bowl. There is some darkening around the rim, especially in the smooth bevel into the wide chamber. Particularly smooth in the draw, this well built and classical shaped briar does show some wear in the finish and comes highly recommended for those beefy Balkan blends when there is less than an hour to enjoy, though a sweet aromatic will do fine here as well.
