Details
Fairly massive with an enormous chamber capable of fitting this writer's entire thumb inside, Poul Winslow spared no expense in the creation of this large freehand estate pipe. The chamber tapers nicely to a perfect draft hole at the dead center bottom and the thick walls of the bowl ridge and peak to a plateaued rim exposing plenty of dense packed end-grain. Ferruled with a bit of black acrylic and an insert of colorful design, this hand holding smoker also has a band of silver covering half of the amber acrylic stem's saddle. Open and easy in the draw to support such a cavernous chamber, this hunk of tobacco burning briar is in excellent condition having been well cared for and only lightly smoked.
