With a big bowl and a massively wide chamber, this large capacity canadian estate pipe comes from Ben Wade's original London factory before moving operations to Denmark. Classically proportioned, this long shanked smoker is cross grained and a bowl coat has been added after finding some charring in the chamber during restoration. There appear to be no fills in the finish but there is some slight discoloration on the heel at the underside of the bowl as well as some very minor rim darkening. This capacious smoker has an open draw wide enough to support a heavy hand when packing the bowl.
