Classically shaped with an elegant tapered and bent stem, this Viking Classic estate pipe is worthy of the Danish maker's repertoire. While there are several fills in the finish, there is also a dense pattern of cross-grain with both sides of the bowl decked out in tight birdseye. Slightly conical in the chamber, this vessel will be best suited for Virginia based aromatics or any lightly topped favorite. There is some wear around the rim of the thick walled bowl and the stem's logo is almost completely gone from this smooth drawing and lightweight, comfortabl clencher.
