The cross-grain on this smooth finished brandy estate pipe from the Georg Jensen factory in Denmark is impressively dense creating a wide swath of birdseye on both sides of the stummel. The smooth finish and the classic tapered profile are adorned with a slim band of nickel capping the shank and the cylindrically drilled chamber is wide enough to get the most out of any tongue friendly blend. In excellent shape, this fishtailed stemmed bent is a comfortable clencher with a compellingly smooth draw and a well placed draft at the bottom of the bowl.
