Details
Densely packed with straight grain around the plateau rimmed bowl, this handmade freehand estate pipe from Karl Erik is finished smooth with some spot carving that likely removed some of the softer parts of the surface. A long shank and a fancy stem lengthen this smoker to well over six inches and the wide conical chamber has plenty of room for broad cut or tongue friendly blend. There are some minor handling marks and the broad plateau covered rim has been darkened with use in addition to some discoloring in the smooth finish, but this Danish handmade has an excellent draw and is still in outstanding condition.
