Handmade by South African pipemaker, Jan Pietenpauw, this sandblasted poker sitter estate pipe has a smooth base and rounded, broad rim. Adorned with a shank cap of nickel that refuses to constantly dull like silver, the stem is fitted with a military mount and can even be safely removed while the pipe is in use. There is some minor inner rim darkening but otherwise this cylindrically drilled smoker provides a smooth draw and a width perfect for hybrid blends and topped English, though anything friendly to the tongue will do well here.
