Ron Powell Pipe Sandblast Author with Bronze Brindle

Hearty and fully matured, this curvy author from American carver Ron Powell has a fine taper and some nice, thick walls.  Too heavy and large to clench for any significant amount of time, the squat bowl and wide chamber rest easily in hand.  Fitted with an ebonite stem of bronze brindle, the matching finish plays tricks depending on how much light is in the room, but the effect is dazzling - from deep brown to a coppery sheen, this healthy smoker will only deepen and get richer with age and use.  Exceptionally well drilled, this effortless smoker is especially well suited for lakelands, balkans, and the smokier englishes.  While there is no bowl coat to get in the way of enjoying the briar, we are always happy to apply one at no charge upon request.
