No, this Norm Thompson bent carved apple estate pipe isn't particularly well finished, there are no resplendent and mesmerizing patterns of grain or fancy trimmed adornments to punctuate its bent construction. This American-made briar doesn't even have a flush fit and continuous line from shank to stem. It is however completely UNSMOKED and it does have a brilliantly drilled sweet-spot sized chamber perfect for any favorite blend. And perhaps even more important than the smooth and open draw, this airway has been ramped so a cleaner passes easily to the bottom of the bowl. Highly recommended for sweet, dry, flavorful smoking in places where a fancy finish might take some damage.
