Round in the shank and again, rounded at the rim, this Esquire lovat estate pipe has a nice, smooth finish with a contrast display of grain around the stummel. Marvelously lightweight for a comfortable clenching experience, this saddled smoker has a cylindrical chamber in the sweet-spot dimensions that is versatile enough to handle a complex Balkan or a Virginia based favorite. There are a few tiny flaws in the finish, but this all-day companion, legally trained or not, is in excellent condition with an open draw.
