Details
Likely made in the late 1960s, this Varichrome from GBD is one of their few acrylic stemmed series outside the prodigious use of the clear Perspex across all models. Given a streamlined look the stem has a faux ferrule that stretches the subtle bend making this already comfortable poker even lighter when being clenched. While the pipe does sit, it will rest the button on the same surface. In great shape though there are some significant handling marks around the rim, this grey stemmed English smoker has a wide chamber with a cylindrical wall to keep a consistent draw from top to bottom.
