Jelling Sandblasted Square Shank Billiard UNSMOKED Estate Pipe

Jelling was a Brick and Mortar store in Newark, New Jersey that closed its doors decades ago. They sold cigars, pipes, and pipe tobacco in abundance. As part of that inventory Jelling offered their own brand of "in-house" pipes. These were made by other factories and then sold to Jelling, although this particular shape definitely came from the Shoenleber factory.  Like most of the vintage Jelling pipes this square shanked billiard is incredibly practical. Light enough to clench, but a sturdy sitter, the bowl is complete with nice, thick walls and an outstanding draw from a well placed draft.
