We will admit that this completely UNSMOKED Wally Frank Storm King estate pipe is a bit of an oddity. On first glance it resembles a golf club or some kind of cartoonish boot, but this American-made pipe has a purpose. By twisting the bowl a chamber is revealed and then rotated back to close provides a vented smoker easy to keep lit even in the harshest of winds. There are a few flaws in the smooth finish, but this interesting piece of American tobacciana is fully functional, hurricane season or not.
