Sandblasted with a cross grain that reveals the briars growth rings, this Stanwell Vario estate pipe has a patch of smooth at the end of the shank and another at the front, lower portion of the rhodesian bowl. Double beaded in the traditional style and fitted with an acrylic saddle stem, this lightweight bulldog makes for a comfortable clencher and provides plenty of room in the cylindrical chamber for an English blend, though the draw is so smooth and open, any favorite will do well here if friendly to the tongue. In excellent condition, this diamond shank Danish beauty is also fitted with a delrin tenon for a snug fit even after generations of regular enjoyment.
