Dressed up in a beautiful antique sandblast finish that reveals a consistent pattern of growth rings cascading down the side of the bowl, this Danish handmade from Nils Frederiksen has peaks of the lighter color popping out giving this lightweight billiard adorned with the forehead bone of musk ox an old-world, weathered look. The cylindrical chamber is narrow enough to host a straight Virginia or even a shag cut, and while the polished rim is fairly narrow, this straight and saddled smoker has plenty of thickness in the wall to support a comfortable grip or clench while savoring every last morsel of a fine cut blend. Include with the pipe is a custom brass tamper made of brass and black ebony.
