Finished smooth in high-contrast, this Danish tan billiard from Brian Madsen has an insert and shank cap of colored ebonite - the same material as the crown saddle black stem. Wide in the chamber behind the large bowl's thick walls, this clenchable billiard has plenty of room to keep any broad leaf blend simmering with a flavorful ember. Densely grained with a tight swath of birdseye all along the bottom of the stummel, this colorful smoker will draw some attention, though with such a smooth draw, once lit it will practically disappear.
