At over six inches in length with three and a quarter given to just the shank, this American handmade from Yosef Zehnder has a substantial presence.  Trimmed with a wide insert of mammoth tusk in the saddle, this lumberman is finished in a detailed sandblast revealing both growth rings and a tight display of straight grain.  Wide in the chamber that cones to a draft hole at the very bottom, this perfectly drilled smoker draws like a dream and is especially suited for broader cuts and complex favorites.
