Made in Charatan's London factory for the 1975 Christmas season, this Vauxhall sandblast estate pipe has a yachtsman bowl and a steep, sweeping taper for a thin bite. Light enough to be comfortably clenched, this English smoker has a significant amount of rim darkening and there are some fills in the finish. Despite these aesthetic drawbacks the drilling is spot on with a wide and conical chamber perfect for burley based aromatics or a particularly tongue friendly blend of choice. Smooth and open, this all day companion even boasts a thick wall for those who prefer to hang on with fingers while enjoying their favorite blends.
