Stanwell Handmade 41 (Registry Era) Sandblast Billiard with Nickel Estate Pipe with BRB Replacement Military Mount Stem

The ring revealing sandblast finish on this Stanwell Handmade billiard estate pipe provides a good clue as to both the age of the briar when harvested and the quality of the specimen.  Tightly packed and visually striking against the straight grain that rises all the way around the tall bowl, this older handmade from Denmark to about three decades to grow in the ground to produce this fantastic smoker.  The military mount stem has been replaced in our workshop and features a fishtail button and a polished slot that promises to make for an even better smoke than the original.  There is some darkening along the rim of this cylindrical and deep chambered pipe but it is still in outstanding condition.
