Savinelli Punto Oro 4011 Zulu Estate Pipe with Replacement Stem

Finished smooth and densely grained with a surface free of any fills or flaws, this Savinelli Punto Oro zulu estate pipe has been fitted with a replacement stem.  We don't know who did the work or what happened to the original but this one seems to work well with its fit flush and a open draw.  There is some minor darkening and wear around the broad rim and a number of minor handling marks about the stummel.  We should also note that there is no room for a standard 6mm filter but with a smooth draw like this we wouldn't complain.  In otherwise outstanding condition, this Italian smoker's wide chamber cones to a draft hole at the very bottom and will do quite nicely for those smokers who insist on tasting every last leaf before dumping their bowl.
