Savinelli Nonpareil 9111 Bent Billiard with Horn Estate Pipe

Finished smooth with a natural contrast of straight grain rising up the bowl to a broad rim kissed with plateau, this Savinelli Nonpareil bent billiard is old enough to be trimmed out with a true horn ferrule.  Later production would replace the horn with acrylic and this estate pipe has been reinforced around the mortise to ensure it stays structurally sound for generations.  There is some inner rim darkening but this flared and crown saddled smoker from Italy is in outstanding condition, doesn't take a filter, and is well drilled to the bottom of the deep chamber for a smooth and open draw.
