Savinelli Handmade Sandblast Bent Apple with Bamboo Estate Pipe

Handmade and constructed with a thick and single knuckle of bamboo, this Savinelli bent apple from Italy features a palm sized bowl with a wide and deep chamber of cylindrical design.  The sandblast reveals an impressive display of concentric circles as the growth rings are well oriented to the bowl and the acrylic stem carries the notch from the bamboo all the way through the saddle.  There is some rim darkening and the mortise in the bamboo is lined with a delrin sleeve to keep the snug fit for generations to come.
