Royal Comoy 334 Billiard Sitter Estate Pipe

Originally the Royal Comoys was a premier offering from Comoy's introduced in the late 1930s.  Eventually the Blue Riband would overtake the top spot in their series but the Royal Comoy would be available through the Cadogan Group merger in 1979 having dropped the s in the name at some point in its history.  This billiard estate pipe was likely made in the 70s and does feature the three piece C logo.  There are some toothmarks along the top of the bite and the inner portion of the steeply rounded rim has been darkened with use, but this English and muscular sitter, with dense cross-grained briar, is still in outstanding condition with an excellent draw.
