Poul Winslow Bent Octagonal Shank Apple with Acrylic Estate Pipe

Poul Winslow would be the first to tell you that just because its a pipe doesn't mean it shouldn't have at least a little pop of color.  Such is the case with this D grade, long shanked apple.  Fitted with an acrylic insert, flush fit to a slim ferrule, this paneled shank beauty is eye catching to say the least.  What steals the show for us is the use of seamed ridges along the sides of the bowl - asymmetric and well balanced.  In excellent condition with a small bit of darkening on the back of the inner rim, this Danish handmade has generations left to impress.
