Nate King Pipe 409 Smooth Mushroom Sitter

Nate King is constantly pushing the boundaries of Neo-Danish design.  What makes his pipes stand out is how successfully he manages to create new shapes that are proportional, balanced, and complete works of clean lines in themed concert.  This mushroom, or fig, or strawberry, or pear, or whatever - isn't just unique in its composition, it is extraordinary to hold.  No matter what orientation you prefer, this pipe was suited to it.  That would be enough, but then there is all that amazing, electrifying, highly contrasted straight grain to wrap your head around, like it wraps around the stummel.  Personally, I keep picturing an atomic explosion, and seeing smoke rise out of the top...well, no matter what it will be most prized for, it is undoubtedly an heirloom piece worthy of many generations.
