Leo Ebenhart Appel Bent Apple (9mm Filter) with Aluminum Estate Pipe

Leo Ebenhart was a South African pipemaker who developed his own engineering for his handmade system pipes like the bent apple estate pipe shown here.  They do take both 6mm or 9mm filters and are absolutely suitable for smoking without any filter at all, as personal preference might dictate.  This smooth finished and bent apple is adorned with aluminum and does provide an open draw.  The wide chamber isn't so deep as to require much more than an hour to smoke and the pipe is in great shape with just a few handling marks and some darkening around the rim.
