Joseph Skoda Pipe 2608 Large Bent Carved Poker with Antler and Brindle

Capped at the shank with his own proprietary rustication, this large handmade poker from New York pipemaker, Joe Skoda, features a carved bowl and a large section of deer antler for the shank.  Stemmed with brindle ebonite that picks up the tone of the bowl, the finish gives the impression of organic growth and the weathered cracks that come with long periods of time in the wild.  Deeply chambered with a cylindrical design, this American handmade sitter is drilled all the way down to the bottom and while clenching is comfortable, this palm friendly smoker is far too heavy to keep between the teeth for an entire smoking session.
