Jonas Design 7 Magnum Freehand Sitter Estate Pipe

Straight and astonishingly long, this marvelously large bowled and handmade freehand estate pipe comes from Italian pipemaker, Jonas Bianca.  A perfect sitter and fitted with a short and steep tapered (or loose saddled) stem, the lengthy shank is sculpted for a touch of balance with the massive bowl.  Tremendously wide in the conical chamber, this Italian monster deserves a tongue friendly and broadest of cuts, though a folded flake could potentially last all the way from lunch until dinner with the perfect pack.  There is some darkening of the finish around the rim and some charring was discovered inside the chamber so a sodium silicate coating has been added after the carbonized wood was removed to ensure fearless pursuit of smoking satisfaction.
