Joe Hinkle Pipe Sandblast Cutty with Tortoise Shell

With a long and classically tapered shank and stem, this sandblasted cutty from American carver, Joe Hinkle, erupts in a gorgeously shaped bowl of rounded curves capped by a smooth and rounded rim.  Perfectly balanced to sit on the post underneath the transition, this very nice blast features growth rings in a dense pattern revealing that this burl grew very slowly over a long time before being harvested and turned by hand into this marvelous instrument of turning tobacco into a tasty triumph.  Stemmed in tortoise shell, this sweet spot sized chamber of cylindrical design is well drilled with a draft that has been slotted deep into the stem to guarantee a phenomenal smoker no matter what tobacco is preferred.
