James Upshall O.B.E. Large Rusticated Dublin Sitter Estate Pipe

Quite large with a truly massive chamber, this full sized James Upshall dublin estate pipe has a gnarly rustic finish with peaks of burgundy set against a dark finished briar.  The bowl has two ripples carved into the shape and the paneled shank provides a well articulated profile.  The finish and nuanced proportions aside, the star of this show is the capacious chamber.  Very deep, and very wide, this chasm of tobacco burning vessel is suited for the broadest of leaf and should only be enjoyed with those tobaccos friendly to the smoker's tongue.  There is some very minor inner rim darkening but this smooth and open drawing beast of handmade briar from England is in outstanding condition.
