Dunhill Root Briar 498 (1975 Make) Bent Bulldog Estate Pipe

Saddled and graciously covered with all manner of birdseye, this Dunhill Root Briar estate pipe has survived for a half century in remarkably good condition.  Marvelously grained, this double beaded classic specimen of shape and function has a very wide chamber and presents more like the geometry of a pot.  Especially well suited for English blends, this smooth drawing and diamond shanked smoker has a smooth draw and represents one of the finest lines of production pipes ever made.  There is some modest rim darkening and a touch of ware across the stampings, but this English bent and saddled smoker is still in outstanding condition.
