Finished dark green with subtle mossy and darker blue undertones, this rusticated hawkbill from Vermont carver, Dr. Bob is a colorful execution of this revitalized Italian shape. The deeply rusticated finish is guaranteed to keep the fingers cool and the straight drilled draft combined with a curved shank is marvelously functional as a low hanging clencher. The chamber is insulated behind a thick wall and plenty wide enough to take a complex English, Balkan, or Lakeland blend to its full flavor.
