Brian Madsen Pipe Bent Carved Egg

Danish carver, Brian Madsen, chose a carved finish to augment the subtle curves of this rusticated and bent egg.  Tapered in the stem and narrow in the chamber, this bent briar does have some heft but just enough bend to clench for a time and is sized to smoke a shag cut or straight virginia behind some thick walls for a flavorful and cool smoke.  Polished smooth and finished in a contrasting tan, the rim and flat bottomed shank's face provide a dynamic touch to this well shaped Danish smoker with a perfect draw.
