Ashton Sovereign XXX (1989 Make) Billiard with Silver Spigot Estate Pipe

Finished smooth in a light tan and gloriously grained with a thick wall and broad rim full of birdseye, this Bill Taylor-made Ashton Sovereign Silver Spigot estate pipe is an exceptional example of the silver's compliment to briar.  Wide and deep in the cylindrical chamber with a round bottom, this straight and classic English tapered spigot has plenty of room for a native English blend, though this gorgeous implement of smoking satisfaction draws well enough to support any favorite blend that's friendly to the tongue in a wider chamber.  There is some minor darkening at the back of the rim, but this English blonde is in excellent condition.
