This RC Sands pipe is part of the new style from Chuck's workshop.  More attention to tenon shape and a really great draw on a sandblast that has rings for days.  The rim is slightly domed and smooth with plenty of birdseye to captivate, but what makes any RC Sands pipe special is the extremely comfortable feel in the hand those very thick walls provide.
