Stanwell De Luxe 830 (Reg. Era) Bent Sandblast Tall Acorn Estate Pipe with Replacement Stem

Finished with a ring revealing sandblast, this two-toned Stanwell de Luxe is a dark, almost black color with peaks of cherry and burgundy spying out from the top of the growth ring's ridges.  Cylindrical at the top and tapered to the draft hole at the very bottom, this older Danish briar is in outstanding condition though there is some rim darkening that could not be removed in restoration.  A thin bit is present on the replacement stem which looks like it may have originally belonged to a famous English producer, though we aren't confident about its origin, only that the fit is snug and secure with an excellent draw. With a lightweight chassis and plenty of bend, this outstanding smoker checks all the boxes for a comfortable companion that never fails to deliver dry, sweet, smoke.
