Details
Produced in the 1970s in Denmark before the family gave up pipemaking to focus on pipe cleaners, this Danmore bent apple has an offset shank from the bowl giving the impression of an outstretched smoker, eager for another bowl. There are some fills and flaws around the bowl, but this large chambered Danish smoker has plenty of room for a large cut or tongue friendly blend despite the minor darkening along the rounded rim and a number of minor handling marks. Drilled to the very bottom, this smooth drawing handmade won't win a contest for grain but is certainly destined to be a favorite smoker.
