Dr. Bob Pipe Rusticated Hawkbill with Redwood Burl and Acrylic Insert

Heavily adorned and wonderfully toned in its multi colored profile, this hawkbill from Dr. Bob is another in his fully rusticated offerings.  An American classic of redwood burl and briar, the finish is a dark mahogany set off by the butterscotch stem.  Deeply masculine and just slightly more elongated than other pieces of this shape, the pictures will never capture the most impressive part for the enthusiast - the fantastic draw of smooth, open air.  Fitted with a delrin tenon, this gorgeous 'bill is everything we could hope for in an almost forgotten classic shape.
