Charatan Executive Bent Freehand Estate Pipe

Finished smooth with no trace of plateau, fills, or flaws, this bent Charatan Executive estate pipe is so well grained and tucked into its unusual shape that you would swear it was part of the English maker's catalog.  The large and protruding chin gave rise to its nickname among our staff as the Jay Leno pipe.  The grain is well oriented and the straight striations wrap all the way around the bowl and that large protrusion works as a kind of handle easy to keep in the fingers without getting close to a burning ember inside.  The chamber is fairly narrow, well suited for straight Virginias or even a shag cut and no matter how quickly this bent and double comfort stemmed smooth from England is smoked, it will always remain cool to the touch.  There is some inner rim darkening and the stamping along the stem's logo and Regd No is well worn, but this clenchable and round shanked briar is still in outstanding condition with a fantastic smooth and open draw.
