Finished smooth, this handmade from American pipemaker, Chuck Sands, has a massive and thick walled bowl to keep the cylindrical chamber well insulated. The straight grain isn't given any contrast in the finish, but the dense pattern is impressive nonetheless. Note the deep and steep bevel into the chamber, a nice feature that will help the smoker keep the rim uncharred with just a modicum of care and attention. Drilled with a superb draw from a draft hole all the way at the bottom of this versatile and sweet-spot sized dimensions, this American handmade will be a joy to pair with any favorite blend.
