Dirk Heinemann Pipe Sandblast Strawberry Cutty

Uniquely asymmetric, this handmade strawberry cutty from German pipemaker, Dirk Heinemann, does have a traditional post on which it does sit, though connected off-center at the bottom of the bowl so it lists to the left on any flat surface.  A flared shank is echoed in the sculpted saddle giving a kind of ripple effect from bowl to button and the deep chamber is conical for a versatile smoker that looks good while sitting and can handle almost any favorite blend in the cellar.  The detailed blast finish is distinct with plenty of growth rings running all the way around the bowl and the shanks face is finished smooth, as well as the foot of the post and rim for a fine finished look.
