Gorgeously grained and finished in a natural contrast and pattern revealing tan, this Savinelli Autograph estate pipe was handmade in Italy and is quite a hefty piece of smoking briar. The chamber is massive and only slightly tapered to the bottom ruling out the advise to smoke a virginia here, this palm friendly Italian beast of bent beauty is recommended for a straight English or other tongue friendly blend that is suitable for enjoyment over hours at a time. There is some darkening on the inner rim towards the back of the bowl and the stem's logo of Achille's signature has been over buffed and is almost gone, but this sizeable smoker is still in outstanding condition.
