RC Sands Pipe Bent Sandblast Egg

A widely flared shank and craggy blast define this muscular Danish inspired composition from late carver R.C. Sands. The pipe is stained with a rich reddish-brown which compliments the comfortably cut and crown saddled, brindle-esque acrylic stem. Like all of Chuck's work, this pipe is meant to be the workhorse of a collection with excellent bowl dimensions and thick, cool smoking walls. The weight is somewhat excessive for an all day clencher, but the pipe sits solidly on the broad shank, so setting it down in between puffs is easily accomplished.
